🔁 Refund & Return Policy for Glitch Aura

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Glitch Aura. Please read our policy below to understand your rights regarding returns and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • You contact us within [7 days] of receiving the item
  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and with original packaging

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or neglect
  • Items marked “final sale” or “non-returnable”

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at Glitchaura2025@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item (if damaged or defective)

We will guide you through the return process and provide shipping instructions if eligible.

3. Refunds

Refunds will be issued:

  • Only after we receive and inspect the returned item
  • Via bank transfer or store credit, depending on your preference

  • Refunds are initiated within 1–3 business days after approval and the amount is credited to your original payment method as per bank timelines: UPI (2–5 days), Credit/Debit Card (5–10 days), Net Banking (3–7 days).                                         

  •  For COD orders, refunds via bank transfer may take 4-5 business days after receiving your account details.

We do not offer cash refunds for COD orders.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

4. Exchanges

If you received a defective or wrong item, we will send you a replacement at no extra cost, subject to availability. If the item is out of stock, we’ll offer an alternative or a refund.

5. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it is shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you must follow the return process after delivery.
